Our Trauma-Focused Therapy is based off a specific approach known as Equine Facilitated Therapy for Complex Trauma (EFT-CT) that recognizes how trauma affects the individuals mental, behavioral, emotional and physical well-being. There is a good amount of research based literature showing the continued benefits of utilizing horses in therapy with all ages.
